The production of lithium battery energy storage modules is to combine multiple battery cells into a complete battery module. And it needs to go through multiple production processes such as testing, subassembly, and welding. Lithium batteries have high energy density and stability and are widely used in new energy fields such as electricity, solar energy, and wind energy.
Today we show a part of the SVC battery module automated production line.
Put the battery into the belt line in the prescribed way. The belt line transports the battery to the push-out station. The push-out cylinder pushes the battery to the test belt line. The battery automatically flows into the test station. After the test is completed, the code is automatically scanned online. After the battery cell test data and the scanned code information are bound, they automatically flow into the module carrier mechanism and are accurately transported by the module to the corresponding gear position to complete the sorting.
1. The equipment includes brand computers, software systems, precision voltage and internal resistance measuring instruments, code scanning mechanisms, batch loading devices, automatic grading, automatic unloading and other devices.
2. According to the parameters of the AC internal resistance and open circuit voltage of the square battery, the battery is accurately graded and grouped according to the performance parameters of each item. The maximum number of grading and pairing is 10 groups at a time, which improves the quality of pack batteries and the consistency of paired battery performance.
3. The acquisition of AC internal resistance and open circuit voltage can be carried out by the high-precision internal resistance meter Hioki BT3561A that comes with this equipment. The automatic acquisition and automatic control of the sorting process are easy to operate and eliminate manual participation, which ensures the accuracy of the test parameters and the reliability of the pairing process, and improves and guarantees the performance quality of pack products.
4. The equipment uses the Keyence SR1000 code scanning gun, which has automatic focus and supports barcodes and QR codes.
5. It has a high degree of automation, simple operation, and easy operation, which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
6. The battery performance data tested by the system is managed in a database mode, which is stored for a long time and has strong traceability. With the data analysis function of the software, the product performance quality is monitored and analyzed for a long time to guide the improvement of R&D formula and production process.
7. The industrial computer collects data and automatically generates curves and bar charts. The system has a database function, which can trace historical data and export it.
