Today we will show you how the #SVC ENERGY automatic production line stacks cells into battery modules and how to weld battery modules. After each process is completed, #SVC ENERGY quality inspectors will always test the products to ensure the pass rate of #SVC ENERGY products.
First, The production equipment here is responsible for flattening and compacting the sides and top surfaces of the battery modules. The automatically rotating stacking table stacks and squeezes the sorted cells according to certain rules and then assembles them into battery modules.
Laser welding equipment can complete high-quality welding of connecting pieces and other parts in a short time by precisely controlling the energy, position and time of the laser beam, ensuring the circuit conduction of the battery module. Laser welding can significantly shorten the production cycle and improve production efficiency. It can also ensure the sealing, safety and consistency of battery products, greatly improving the reliability of the entire PACK system.
The battery module that has completed welding will proceed to the next step of testing. Our quality inspectors will check the connecting pieces of the battery module to ensure that there is no problem with the welding quality of each connecting piece. The battery module that passes the quality inspection will be affixed with a QC PASSED label.
