With the popularization and promotion of new energy, lithium batteries have gradually entered our daily lives, and their application scenarios have penetrated into homes, businesses, outdoors and other places within reach. Professional equipment and Experimental testing
1. Electrical performance laboratory
The SVC ENERGY electrical performance laboratory is divided into two parts: battery cell testing and finished product testing. Each batch of battery cells needs to undergo rigorous testing, including high and low temperature cycles, humidity sensing, temperature rise control, charge and discharge efficiency, and number of cycles. After the battery cells are PACKed on the production line, they will return to the finished product testing area for secondary performance testing to ensure that they meet the design requirements.

2. Comprehensive Laboratory
The comprehensive laboratory is responsible for comprehensive testing of battery auxiliary materials, such as wear resistance test of shell materials, plug-in test of charging and discharging interfaces, bending test of connector wires, and static test of BMS protection board. These tests ensure the durability and reliability of batteries in actual use.
3. Waterproof test
In order to simulate the waterproof performance of batteries in extreme environments, SVC ENERGY conducts waterproof tests on energy storage products and power batteries by immersion and spraying. This test ensures that the battery can still work normally in high humidity environments or accidental water ingress.

4. Safety Laboratory
The safety laboratory's test items include extreme conditions such as puncture, impact, thermal shock and short circuit to test the safety of battery packs under physical limit conditions.
5. Salt spray laboratory
The salt spray laboratory simulates the salt spray environment artificially to test the corrosion resistance of each metal part of the battery and evaluate the overall design service life of the battery. This test is particularly important for ensuring the reliability of the battery in the ocean or high-salt environment.

6. Reliability Laboratory
The reliability laboratory mainly simulates the safety of batteries under conditions such as squeezing, falling, electromagnetic/mechanical vibration, and transportation vibration. In addition, the ultraviolet accelerated aging test can be used to detect whether the durability of the external materials of energy storage and power batteries meets the design life.
